Job Description

As a Cognitive Skills Trainer, you will work one-on-one with students to improve their learning, reading, and math skills.

You will utilize specific techniques to strengthen cognitive learning skills, attention, and memory in students from a wide range of backgrounds and age groups.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students delivering our brain training programs.
• Create an atmosphere of support and excitement where you challenge and motivate your students.
• Celebrate achievements with students and families.
• Witness student growth and success.
• Maintain progress details and share feedback.
• Work within guidelines to customize and optimize each client's program with supervisory guidance.

Requirements

• 10-25 hrs / week available
• Minimum of 9 months of employment
• Completed or pursuing 4-year degree
• Preferred availability : Monday through Friday 3 : 30-8pm, Saturdays 9-12pm
• Minimum availability : must be available at least four weekdays during the hours listed above.
• Enjoy helping others
• Have a positive, coach-like attitude
• Learn and process information quickly
• Are highly trainable / teachable
